The M.I.N.E.™ Gate (patented) is the main component of our high-volume hog trapping system. The trap gate is eight feet wide and triggered shut with a phone call sent to the AT&T Control Box. Our control box allows users to check the AT&T network signal strength at each location by sending a text message to the unit. The unit will send a return text message indicating the signal strength. A five decibel external booster antenna is available for areas where coverage is weak. Simply remove the standard antenna and connect the booster antenna to the SMA threads on the bottom of the control box. The two and a half foot long mast and 10 foot long coaxial cable is designed for high quality signal transmission.
M.I.N.E.™ is an acronym for Manually Initiated Nuisance Elimination. This trapping system was developed during three years of research and designed to capture the entire sounder group at one time.
The trap site must have cellular coverage from the AT&T GSM network. An external 5 decibel booster antenna is available as an optional accessory for areas with a weak AT&T signal.
